Project Managerment System

Deadline is 4-13-04 11:59p.m (even though the RAC deadline is a little later- the buyer had extended the original deadline) The Project management system will be used to assign projects within a department between designated users. Site will be similar to <[login to view URL]>, or <[login to view URL]>. The pages must be coded in HTML/PHP using MYSQL for database functions. The completed pages will run on IIS with PHP and MYSQL installed. The intent of this project is for learning, elaborate visual detail is not required, code must be detailed with comments, MySQL tables and inc files included. The site must have a Security login Front Page for access to the system preferably with no cookie use. Administrator accounts can view everyone projects & modify account privileges. Manger accounts can view employees but not other mangers projects. Employee accounts can only view their assigned projects. All Accounts can assign projects to anyone. Anyone can sign up on the front page but will be setup as an employee account by default. Upon login user will be able to see all tasks they have assigned and all tasks that have been assigned to them. This can be accomplished by view, clicking on a button or an expanding menu. Accounts will consist but are not limited to the following fields: First Name Last Name email address Password Type ??" client or employee Position - Drop Down List Status - Drop Down List (Active, Terminated, LOA etc.. The default for the field will be active; the user will not be able to see this field when registering. Only an administrator can change this field, if terminated the terminated user will not be able to log on.) Landline Mobile Phone Fax Home Address Business Address Memo Projects will include but are not limited to the following fields: Subject Project Assigned By Assigned To - Drop down list of all users by last name, first name Assign Date Priority - drop down list Due Date Last Updated Status - drop down list (working, pending, completed) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The pages must be coded in HTML/PHP using MYSQL for database functions.
