package program installer on Windows

I have Auto dialer software that I developed that runs on windows and need someone to create a installation package so I may put my package on a cd and install with just one click. The problem I need to overcome is that I use many other third party supporting software that already comes with installers. I want my installer to run there installer or do the same installation they do. If there are some packages that you can not do this with or believe I should not do this with, let me know. It does not matter what installer package used as long as it fits my requirements. Im looking for a competent programmer who has had experience in doing simmular installation programs and can get the job done quickly. ## Deliverables installer packagge requirements: * Install mysql choosing all defaults, create 3 tables and run existing scripts to create tables. * Install MyODBC drivers choosing all defaults * Install java runtime engine. [login to view URL] choosing all defaults * Install Jakarta-tomcat setting specific admin and password, configuration manager setting and upload war file. * Copy various Auto dialer directories and files to system * Add and create 4 system environmental variables. * Ask a question on the type of configuration for the product and create/modify 3 configuration files according to the request. * Insert a regedit configuration 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Also need the name of the installation software generator used, versoin and company name of the product. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
