Instant Messenger Integration

The company wishes to provide a branded Instant Messenger client to paid users. This client should integrate with the “major?? existing providers of Instant Messenger services, namely Yahoo!, AOL, MSN, and ICQ. This client must run on the Windows platform, and does not need to be built for serving advertisements. Please view attached specs sheet for additional information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All 32-bit Windows operating systems (Win9x, NT, 2K, etc) ## Deadline information Must be able to be completed by December 6, 2002.
