Hello We are working on a website and need some help with the design. We have started a bit on it but our knowledge in CSS etc. is not enough and we need some help in this. We got the idea of what we want and sketched up some in photoshop. You must be able to come with ideas and have big knowledge in design integration into custom scripts. We are using smarty templates (.tpl). for our website. You must be able to chat with us on skype constantly and you must start within 24 hours. Don't bid if you can't do this. We prefer not to do any milestones as you had issues with this before. Thank you
