Website design with content and flash banner I am a consultant from the US looking to have a website created for a client who is a website traffic reseller. I need a new website design with content and flash banner. I have examples from other sites that could be used for design. Website needs to be exciting and eye catching with unique content. I will be providing the majority of the content but will need someone to fill in the gaps and tie it all together. I'm looking for quality work with proven examples and good feedback. Here is a list of the programmer criteria: • Must be able to complete the project within 2 weeks or less from the day the project is assigned • Must be available via Skype and email to communicate • Must have good written and oral understanding of the English language • Must be familiar with XHTML and PHP • I can pay via Scriptlance escrow but prefer to pay via paypal (let me know in your response if you are acceptable to paypal) Here's what I need done: 1. Static website in .PHP Tableless XHTML with good CSS 2. Approximately 10 - 15 pages 3. Professional image with flash banner (can use same template for all pages) 4. Contact Form with captcha (no-Spam) 5. Decent onsite Optimization for SEO 6. Separate landing page with variable data to be used for PPC campaigns 7. Integrate paypal's website payments pro for purchases (one time and/or recurring orders) 8.
