Please email me a bid for the following tasks 1) convert an ebook I have written in Word or PDF to Kindle. Ad cover after formating. Post to kindle. 2) create a simple but professional looking website that features: 3 to 5 pages of introductory copy. An ebook store section where visitors can click on a picture of the ebook, download and pay via a service like paypal. A single sheet "Sales Page" for each ebook written. Price for one? 3) your least expensive hourly rate for misc web tasks like creating a pop up, inviting visitors to get a free ebook by filling out a contact form. Please include any third party fees by the month or year. Like webhosting or domain names. I'd prefer a free or low cost provider. The next task is to create a "Newsletter" opt in pop up. This would allow visitors to receive a weekly email that is also in the form of an article. I'd like a section of the website to feature one additional basic/simple article each week 4) You may place an "introductory" bid that would be lower than normal. This would make selecting you easier. And help lead us to more extensive work such as creating ebooks, adding additional websites, etc. I have bids from elance starting at $5 per hour.
