We need system for sending sms, mms, sms wap, sms flash smpp / kannel with multi routes, paymentgateway, add account, sub-account, import contacts list. We want people who have proven ability. Do not offer if you do not have experience. The developer of the project canidate have to be agile, timely and immediate support. Additional Project Description: 1. Admin interface 2. 3 level reseller 3. Rates system base on country code 4. Limit user by credit 5. Admin and user reporting 6. User interface must support ( smpp, http, web base ) 7.
