We require a iece of web based software that can u load a CSV file via an online u load and in ut the data into a MySQL database. The data will then need to go through some calculations for each user within the csv file. Three emails, one form each of the three outcomes will then be sent out to users who fit the criteria for that letter. We would require a sim le login age that can be a sim le username and assword and then all of the information behind the login controlled by $_SESSION. Each csv file would require a unique ID for the data contained within. This ID would be unique for the single use of the tool. For a full s ec lease contact us. Please show roof of ability.
