Unique PHP Script Needs Skinning - Unique HTML&CSS Template

Warning: The awarded bidder MUST have very good English. You WILL require strong PHP knowledge to skin this script. The code is a little messy and you may need to alter PHP output to ensure the skin works with the script. There are 3 main parts to the script: - Front page (Guest view, not logged in) - Publisher (URL shrinker, logged in) - Advertiser (Advertiser, logged in) There are 3 different 'sub-templates' depending on the users session. I have each of these sections coded in HTML & CSS and just require somebody to do the following: - Create a working PHP include header/footer that will work site-wide - Add the new template to the PHP script and ensure everything is functional I do have live examples of the skin I wish to have implemented: Frontpage view: [login to view URL] Publisher (Logged in): [login to view URL] You get the idea. I have a word document that contains every page of the current site vs every page of the new site I will give to whoever is awarded the project. The final part of the project is the current URL shortener (found at [login to view URL]) is written in, and output is via PHP. I can't quite work out how it's working so I will need you to pick that apart and add it to a new form design I have. Simple enough.
