299307 Traffic Exchange Site

Hello, I am looking for a custom built traffic exchange script that will be built from scratch or off of an existing script that will not violate any copyrights. I would like it written in php and mySQL. I would like the programmer to show me recent work that he has done involving traffic exchange. I would prefer the programmer view [login to view URL] and sign up for an account. This will show how the traffic exchange works and how the surf bar works. I would like good cummunication and screenshots of the progress daily. I will need a resell license for the script also. The main feature I will need most is the site will consist of 2 options for the user which the user can change from his account. He can either choose to earn credits (Which admin sets the ratio ie: 1:1) or earn cash while they surf. As you can see, I am very serious about this project and expect it to be a long term project. The site will be called traffictwist.com. I will need logos and banners and custom layout installed for this website. I will need 3 months support on the script and bug fixes and the ability to add any features I may need in the 3 months. I know that some of the user functions are not included in the admin and viceversa in the below, however i would like the programmer to fix any errors in the features listed below and add features i may have missed. These are the features I will need. Features of script: 1. Must contain a readme/install file 2. Automatic installation of the script (ex. [login to view URL]) 3. Script cannot function unless [login to view URL] is deleted 4. Contain an assortment of symbols and numbers the user must click 4. Report a website located on surf bar 1. Must automatically take note of the of the complaint and record all that was on the surfbar and site that was viewed (This will make it easy for the admin to find the violating site, link, or banner that was listed at the time of complaint) 5.
