Stock and project monitor system

I have started a project for the production company I work for as a favour and just can't find the time to complete it . What we want is a stock system customized for our unique needs that will help us keep track of our projects and stock. We are a health product manufacturer that get customised orders in from clients. We manufacture capsules , tablets, sachets, jars filled with powders and others. So when a client orders 1000 units of say for instance Multivitamin capsules with 30 caps in a 185ml bottle, we must be able to know all the ingredients that is needed that is out of stock that we must order to be able to fulfil the order. From all the rawmaterials to the containers we pack it into . Keeping up to date with the status of each client order is important and at every stage we must be able to see the status of the order that came in. Like when out of stock materials where ordered , when it came in , when it is ready for production. When it is produced and when it is shipped to customer. I have started a on a few pages just to get the idea going they are incomplete , but hopefully give more insight in the project. I also attached some other documents that might shed more light to what will be needed. There is a degree of complication to it ,but shouldn't be to hard if you know what you are doing.
