New Business website - few functions

Hey, About: For this project you may use a template, open source what so ever. The website should be written in easy readable search text, such as html, php... no flash. Requirement: The site should not be copy of, but look the same way as this screen; [login to view URL] Under each menu tab, there should be a scroll down menu, and each of the pages should be editable in dreamweaver. the default layout for those pages can be seen in the attached jpeg image. For the start, I might need around 9 pages in total for the scroll down tabs in the menu. The only function is the contact form, which should only send the form to my mail, and let the user know the form has been sent - and there should be a google conversion tracking code and that confirmation message.
