Need Simple Fix On Google Chart ASAP

I built a script that shows data on graph with google charts api and php code. For some reason my php code isnt providing the action i want i would like someone to review and make sure im doing the count correctly. I want this as soon as possible i know lots of people will contact me about this job and i will talk to all of you about this the first one to finish gets paid, since ill be working with multiple people i cant provide a milestone to everyone.
