magento site set up and new video product

i have a new template [login to view URL] pls see on the link......we will set up this site,indeed i can also do my self but better you handle all...... the most important part for me is;video product function,i want to add a new feature to this site,which admin can able to upload video from computer or use the code of youtube or vimeo...here , also find one video module but,this can be also changed after we buy it....pls see picture what i exactly want.... [login to view URL] mouse scroll on the video icon,video frame should pop up on the related page.........the frame size can be change depends on where we look the products...so check the pictures pls.... i need a honest person who deliver his own work in time...please no time wasting,do not bid for bidding,if you realy need to earn and if you realy belive that you can do this project goodly,without cousing any bugs...pls welcome.... i only work with milestones...
