I need the code fixed on my website [login to view URL]
When the home page loads and other pages sometimes as well, the links in the top banner will show briefly and then disappear. Clicking a link in the lower portion will usually bring them back, as well as refreshing the page a few times.
Please make sure you are able to see the problem and understand it before you bid. I need this problem fixed so that the links show every time the page is loaded.
