File sharing site

I am looking to start a new file hosting business such as the likes of [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. Design -------- I would like a nice simple, but professional design, something like nitrobits.com. Straight to the point with no big distractions however very appealing to look at with maybe a colour scheme that could be the recognisable feature of the business. A logo would also need to be designed. The website will be called shareus so a logo with the S and U being symbolised in some way would be extremely interesting as a small icon for communities could then be created too. User Features -------------- Most file host scripts easily available on the internet have most features I would like in my custom built script so a bit of research on your behalf would be needed. However most common features I would like are: > Single or multiple upload choices, with split archive uploads allowed. > Private or public download choices, with option for user to password protect download link. > Affiliate system, PPS and PPD will be needed (maybe more) > Free or premium membership, which differs in download speed and waiting times. > Premium can pause and come back to downloads afterwards. > Premium can download file without coming to the website. Backend -------- As above, most scripts have the features I would like, so research is needed but some features I would most definetly like are: > Option to add 'Employee' users to the backend with limited access to what they can do (i.e, add/edit/upgrade/downgrade/delete accounts, monitor files, search for terms in files etc) > Be able to add/edit/delete multiple servers to use and choose what files go on which. > Be able to set download limits, uploads and speeds for various memberships. > Set membership costs and payment gateways for automatic upgrade. > Set acceptable file types, sizes, split archive options and security settings. > Option to implement a future virus checking system? > Multiple security measures to ensure the safety of the website and hosted files are secure. > Choice to use download managers or not. Most other features can be found in other scripts. All extras, upgrades, addons and security upgrade jobs will be passed to the bidder on a regular basis. I would like to see your portfolio's before any bidder is chosen, this must include both design work and custom built scripting projects.
