Ephemeris Web and DB

I'll give you what would be the main features: - This would be a website about Ephemeris, ie historical facts. I have no data which would have to copy the data from another site and thereby generate a database for web serving. This site is not updated and no one responds to contact, so I have to copy the ephemeris. - The website would be very simple. At the head, take the logo, some links to Twitter and mobile Apps. In the body, take 3 listings, a calendar and an area showing the selected day ephemeris. In principle it would be with simple design and if the budget does not go far because we talked about something more detailed. But this alone would in principle. - The website must connect to the database we created above and must also have a script to send tweets with the ephemeris of each day and a link to the website. En el presupuesto te pongo el mínimo porque no sé que puede costar esto. Voy a darte lo que serían las características principales: - Se trataría de una web sobre Efemérides, es decir, hechos históricos. Yo no tengo datos por lo que habría que copiar los datos de otra web y con ello generar una base de datos que sirva para la web. - La web sería muy sencilla. En la cabecera, llevaría el logo, unos enlaces a Twitter y a las Apps móviles. En el cuerpo, llevaría 3 anuncios, un calendario y una zona donde se muestran las efemérides del día seleccionado. En principio sería con diseño sencillo y si el presupuesto no se va mucho pues ya hablamos de algo más detallado. Pero en principio sería esto solo. - La web debe conectarse con la base de datos que hemos creado anteriormente y también debe tener un script que envíe tweets con las efemérides de cada día y un enlace a la web. Es para una cuenta de Twitter que tengo sobre este tema. - Tendría que haber alguna forma de actualizar la base de datos, ya sea con una interfaz o utilizando un gestor de contenidos como joomla o wordpress, eso ya como veáis mejor. - El último punto que necesitaría está relacionado con una app que estoy realizando para dispositivos móviles y necesito que la app pueda conectarse a la base de datos. Para ello necesito un archivo PHP que recoja los datos (día y mes) que yo le envío desde la app y me devuelva un archivo XML con las efemérides de ese día y ese mes.
