EBay style auction site with Paypal like escrow payment integration capability

I need a website built that will be an online auction style store like Ebay but the seller accounts will be much like dating site profiles with pictures and videos uploaded etc. The payment integration / escrow process for this website is very important. Seller accounts will be able to hold a balance (earned from the sale of their listed items) and will be able to choose when and how much money to transfer to their personal bank accounts. The website must allow the seller to choose when to transfer their sales money from their website account balance to their bank account and it must be an automated process. No manual intervention by the website admin should be required for this process. Please DO NOT bid on this project if you do not think you can achieve this with your design. In your bid, I would like you to explain how you plan on meeting this requirement.
