Custom WP template design of existing website

Hello, I have approx 3 hours of custom WP design work (1st) project and about 5 hours for the 2nd project. Both are using an existing template and modifying it based on my needs. I will explain each task first for your comments via Skype (please supply via .txt file). I understand the timing of this project. Note, I employ several contractors on both Freelancer, Odesk and Elance. I do not appreciate spammers and unprofessional individuals and prefer individuals and not agencies. 1st project - [login to view URL] Addition of a Suscribe button to allow users to subscribe to this YouTube Channel(see example above, please blend into the red background) [login to view URL] Addition of subscribers and video views feeds direct from YouTube (see example above) Addition of a sub heading in the same font. Addition of Facebook and YouTube social widgets ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) Date post removal plugin installed however not working, do not have any dates on posts. The second project will include making minimal websites for 3 domains. This will be achieved by a basic plugin. Lastly, the above will take you 3 hours maximum, more work will be supplied after approval of the above is completed. Please reply with the word 'remote' in your reply as to filter out spammers.
