convert website built in dreamweaver with CSS and HTML into site i can easily edit myself

I have a website, [login to view URL], that was built in dreamweaver with CSS and HTML that I cannot edit easily myself. Can you keep the EXACT look, appearance, of this site and change it to a format I can easily edit myself?
