194556 CMS, Website and Design

Hi, I am looking for a Good quality website which should be CMS based. I am NOT looking for the standard CMS solutions out there as it needs to be unique, user friendly, great design (of course) and themed on an existing website I have which is fatandproud (dot) co (dot) uk which will replace this site - The general theme and some graphics can be used from this site, like the header, but I need to change the look and feel of the site and start a fresh. I have a few examples of sites I like and would work for the site (it should not however be a copy of these sites): travel connect (dot) co (dot) uk keep the doctor away (dot) co (dot) uk (above domain names all one word) I have a few other sites simular which I can also show the programmer which are simular and I like. The functionality of the site should be quick and easy for the ADMIN to add news, articles and other features. The pages should be search engine friendly by allowing the ADMIN to add META TAGS and Keywords, title and description, etc. when poosting news, articles, etc. In ADMIN there should be a section to add further CHANNELS to the site which can be selected when adding airicles and news. There should also be a GOOD way of adding ADVERTISERS to the site where they can select banners, MPU's and Skyscrapers with a section to allow the ADMIN to see number of impressions, click throug's and ADD the number of impressions for an advertiser. These ads should be displayed on the CHANNELS as selected by the advertiser too. There should also be areas for TEXT ads which can be displayed through the website. I am also looking for a facility where a sitemap is available and updated automatically when pages are added to the site, like on the existing website. The site I have now is fatandproud (dot) co (dot) uk Finally I am looking for a good forum to be added to the website, maybe vBulletin based or another powefull forum. On the forum, the layout must fit the theme of the website with the channels displayed down the left side of the page, like in the main site. I will purchase the necessary licence for the forums as needed... There will be many other features needed on the site and I would be willing to work with the programmer on these too with a separate quotation...
