Automated website builder

Hi, we looking to build Automated website builder, we will have templates, to chose for each category, after we input design and choosing template, it will have ready made text ( which will be spinning). we will give more instruction on the project in Skype. we will have the development on our server, we are paying 10% to start then 40% after we see progress. and 50% upon completion. we are a US company, located in Los Angeles. we looking for a person to work on a lots of projects we have, we can have that person work for us full time if he/she will show high knowledge and the ability to deliver the project in time. we will do skype chat before we approve the project to someone !!! Requirements: - Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML and CSS, Ajax, jQuery - Ability to write custom scripts from scratch - Basic understanding of coding for SEO & Internet marketing concepts - Any experience with other web programming is a plus
