Video file player

I need a program written that will play the attached media file.? The file is a recording from a Sony IP camera.? ? <[login to view URL]> ? The files it records to are *.cam files.? ? Sony provides free software for playing *.cam files at the link below… <[login to view URL]> ? However I would like to add the ability to view these files in my own software. ? I would prefer VB or VB.net, but if that is not possible or you can do it in another language.? ? I have attached a sample cam file. ? The software needs to be able to play, pause, fast forward and fast rewind at several speeds.? A slider that can go from ??" 30X to + 30x speed would be perfect.?
