Mutual Fund Buy Signal Generator

The purpose of this system is to automate the generation of a signal to buy mutual funds. The signal is based on a formula dependent on the recent performance of some other securities. This system will collect stock (and futures) prices, perform a simple calculation to produce a signal. See attached for more detail. I would like the system written in Visual Basic. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows XP.
