SysAdmin for Secure Server(repost)

We are going through a major transition to provide better privacy and data security to our clients. We would like to move our server, which is currently on dreamhost dedicated servers. We have not delved deep into the security requirements, but mainly we are considering using these or similar systems: [login to view URL] hardware Security tokens [login to view URL], email communications [login to view URL], IP address protection [login to view URL] o VPNs and proxies and a secure way to download like bitguard. We will also like to use a system like bitcoin [login to view URL] for receiving some of our payments by clients who prefer this method of payment. As part of this work, we will be looking for a SysAdmin to help us transfer our linux dedicated server (currently hosted on Dreamhost in the USA) to a different country that has respect for the privacy of its citizens. We need someone knowledgeable and experienced in privacy and security to find and implement for us the best solutions to issues like: ? Migration to a new, secure server outside of the US (possibly in Malaysia or somewhere similar). ? Encryption for emails and a secure server for our IM system ? Data protection ? Speed optimization ? Installation of required software on the server (e.g. PHP modules)
