need work done on php website

Hi, I need work done on [login to view URL] What I need is a coder who will work with me from start to end, to complete the customer side. I will provide the existing files. What we're doing here is essentially getting code from website at [login to view URL] and implementing new design from [login to view URL] on a page to page basis. The inner pages are pretty much simple, they need header and footer and left menu etc from the new design, and rest stays as is. What we want is a super quick loading home page (so you need to work on minimizing loading time for existing page [login to view URL] and then work on other pages. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
