Make a few changes to PHP-project (friendica)

Hi, I want to have some modification to teh email system in friendica (a opensource social media system, see [login to view URL] for more infos). I got the following information on how to make it possible to send emails to everyone: "It isn't without challenges. We make connections by trying to find a service where we can communicate with them. This might need some minor tweaks but should get it mostly working. This is about all the help I can provide - as I haven't worked on Friendica code in quite some time. But a competent developer should be able to use this description and provide what you need. Setting the configuration variable should probably be done in the system config file just so that it doesn't get set accidentally on sites that aren't aware of the consequences. $a->config['system']['allow_unknown_mail'] = 1; This would enable it at a system level. If you also want to let individual folks control it, I'd suggest a simple per-user plugin. which calls set|get_pconfig() using a similar name. get_pconfig() is similar to get_config but it also takes a uid, so can be set per-person. You can look at a plugin like randplace which shows how to create a form and form handler for storing personal settings." I cannot do it myself, so I look for someone who can do the job for me and explain me how to make it work! Since I got very superficial offers before from people who didn't read my post at all please write in Your answer that You can also explain me how to set it up! That way I know that You've read this post. I will set up a milestone on the agreed sum, but I will not release it before the job is done! Since I'm planning to expand my website this might be job with future assignments if we're both satisfied with the collaboration!
