Drupal 7 (7.2) Developers for Phase 1 of website project

I'm a developer who is looking for a Drupal 7 contractor that can help me setup the first Phase of a new website (we will use the default theme for now). I worked with OOP, PHP, mySQL, Wordpress, Joomla but I am new to Drupal. If you do good work, then I will use you again for the remaining phases of the website. Phase 1 consists of 3 similiar private message boards, custom users nodes with 3 different access roles, and a cron job auto emaier. You will be working on a simple custom theme that is based on the Zen theme ## Deliverables Phase 1 requirements: * Setup of an area with 3 message boards. That area is accessible by 3 different user groups: Members, Steering committee members, and Admins. See attachment for details * Basic user access control (certain user groups can only view, some others can edit, users can edit their own information etc.) - The users have custom fields as outlined in the attachement. * Auto emailer (cron job) that sends weekly emails to certain users with a list of new messages depending on Booleans set on user node * Users are able to filter/sort/search on specific fields (details in PDF attachment) * Each message board will have a list view (I will outline with fields I want to see) and the individual posts * Message board replies must be a message with the same fields (not a regular forum reply) * Working on my server The final website will have about 5 of these areas plus the main site. So here is what I'm looking for in a developer so that I can work with them to finish the site: * Expertise in Drupal 7 (Please send me 3 examples of similar work and Drupal 7 work in general) * Knows how to create relationships between nodes (For example, a organization node has 0 to many staff, so the staff nodes must link to the organization node) * Knows how to create cron jobs that can: email, auto delete records, auto update records, etc. * Works hard and fast (Please send me your working hours and days) * Flexible (Would like to hear suggestions during the projects, Please also send me your hourly rate since requirements may change) * Writes good code (Any custom code is commented nicely so I can understand) * Good English skills (I may need to ask you questions and get you to show me how things work since I am a developer myself) * Willing to sign NDA Again, you are only bidding on Phase 1, but to be considered for this project please read through all the points and send me appropriate information that I asked for.
