Simple Hosting Ordering System

I need a very simple script that I just don't have time to write myself. I own a hosting company that is beginning to take off and my site is not even complete yet :) I'm trying to get my site done.. and keep up with my projects .. and its just not happening. Here's what I need - A simple PHP/MySQL ordering system. I need to be able to go into a very basic admin section and define my packages by: Package Name Package Price (Monthly) Package Price (Quarterly) Package Price (semi-annually) Package Price (Annually) Package Disk Space Package Bandwidth Package SQL Databases Package POP Accounts Package Parked Domains Package Add On Domains (i'd even settle for defining my packages in an array or text file .. ) Some packages are not available monthly. When a user clicks on a link to order your script will query the package list, present them with a radio group of pricing as set by the package prices. If a price .. say for monthly is set to zero.. the order form wont show a monthly plan for that package. The order form must ask for domain to be hosted, customer First and Last Name, email address and daytime telephone number. I also need an additional text box for special ordering instructions. The script must be paypal ready. IPN is great but not needed.. if you have an IPN class laying around go for it. I accept two payment options : 1 - Paypal 2 - Bill Me These should be presented for the user to select. If they select paypal their taken to paypal.. then to a thank you screen. If they select bill me then they just go right to the thank you screen. Their info is then e-mailed to an e-mail address I define somewhere. I don't need to store orders in a database, just the packages. To use, I need to be able to just link to [login to view URL] Needs to display my header and footer. If you want to cannibolize something from hotscripts, spit it out with phpmaker.. whatever. I just need it in a hurry. I'm *really* behind and would like to develop an on-going relationship with someone for many future projects. I'm happy to pay by paypal once you show me a demo :) I'm also happy to give out free hosting say 2 gigs of disk and 50 gigs of bandwidth a month. Budget for this is about 40 bucks.
