C2C/B2C Marketplace script like Ebay/Amazon

- I need a C2C and B2C Trading Marketplace Script like [login to view URL] and amazon.com. No Auction script. It’s supposed to be a marketplace with fixed prices. The script is supposed to run in the US and all currencies are USD. Also Script must have ability for US State Sales tax. But the script should have a language file so I can translate the page in other languages. - Script must work with Paypal! The whole payment section must be secure! - Script must offer centralized ordering and payment through me. That means: A buyer has a choice to deal with the seller directly or to pay me the money and I will send the money to the seller when the buyer approves the purchase. - There must be a kind of release button so that the buyer can tell me to release the payment to the seller. Only when he gets the bought article and approves it the seller gets his money. There must be a possibility to charge extra fees for this. - Script must give customers basic features like MyEbay: my selling/buying, personal information, billing history etc. - Script must have review/feedback for sellers and buyers just like ebay - Script must offer a refer-a-friend solution and ability to give customer credits on account. In the user section customer must be able to enter e-mail address and a template email will be sent to a potential customer. The email should include a link where this customer has to sign up. Then either I should get a notification and give a credit on customers account manually or the customer should get a credit automatically if the new customer makes his first transaction - As a buyer you must register with your name, shipping/billing address, e-mail address and phone number. For the sign-up you don’t need any payment information.
