Looking for a bunch of web templates(repost)

I am looking for someone that can make (or already has made) a couple of business websites for me so that i could offer my clients a default theme when they hire my service. I am looking for Wordpress, Joomla, *osCommerce*, xHTML shop, portfolio and business websites, you name it and i want it. **The requirements are:** 1. We want the exclusive rights to the theme. 2. The theme needs to be 100% workable. 3. If a major bug occurred in the code you fix it for free.
