Importer Script for oscommerce

Hi I am looking for a coder who can write me a script to import and update products on my website, from a different website to an oscommerce website The script should import new and update existing products in my database all the product information should be imported, product name, description, product image,price, categories The script should be able to add my percentage plus stated postage charge to price imported I have worked with some top quality coders on freelancer and am looking for someone of similar if not higher standard to work on this project for $75 max
