96024 Full Time Designer/Developer

I am looking to hire 1 full time employee with substantial design, script installation, flash, and php coding experience. Weekly Salary should not exceed $250 and monthly salary should not exceed $1000 I am looking for one individual who is reliable and would like steady work with steady weekly pay -- no design/coder teams, outsourcers, or firms. You must have good english skills (reading, writing, and speaking) You must be reliable and able to meet deadlines You must have skype for easy verbal communication.
