Affiliate Script with Bitcoin Intergration

Need a 2 tier affiliate/referral system that uses Bitcoins as payment method. Self replicating referral pages. Premade or open source affiliate script can be used. Use of bitcoin API from [login to view URL] to send and receive bitcoins is required. All bitcoin transactions should be over secured connections, as well as user and admin logins. Website mockup is attached. Complete front and back end required. I will provide logo and all content/copy via screenshots (no psd), the developer updates. Need this done in 3 weeks max. Developer must request password via PMB to have their bid considered.
