progress bar project

I need a program the will show a progress bar once user submits their upload. 1. I have a site that allows a user to upload up to 4 files at a time. They can upload from 1 to 4 mp3 and jpeg files. I need the program to either show each individual file upload progress or? the progress bar can show all the files being uploaded together on one progress bar, what ever is easier. 2. I need a mp3 sound logo to play while a music file is being played every x minutes.? The sound logo can be applied to all music files uploaded after a certain date. 3. I would like to configure-
