User Level
Customer goes to their website, [[login to view URL]][1]
They login with their credentials (2 Levels, User and Admin)
User enters 15 fields of information and hits submit. User is presented with a Unique incrementing job number.
All open jobs are listed with Job number, date entered, User name for that job, and is sortable by clicking title.
Admin Level
Admin logs in. All open jobs are listed with Job number, date entered, User name for that job, and is sortable by clicking title.
Admin has option to add user, change users password.
Admin can print reports of all open jobs , closed jobs, etc.
Admin can search and drill down all records
Database to be created in MySql.
