Create Joomla Template (repost)

We have a template that we've outlined that we need to create a Joomla Template from. This site will house several banners for stores in a shopping center. We will use Joomla to help us manage the impressions (CPM). We have included here just a mockup of what this could look like in color but we're not using the colors in the mockup. It is just an example. We also included a file of the template based on quadrant layout. We have yet to determine what a design would look like, however, the colors and focus can be seen at www.northlakecommons.com. ## Deliverables Docs attached.
