Woocommerce customisation - export to excel, change notifications & more

We have a highly customised wordpress and woocommerce website setup to allow clients to order stock online. Woocommerce has been cusomised to group orders by department and has several different user levels with a custom front backend / frontend for top level users to access all the orders. What we need done: - Allow orders to be exported to csv with the following fields: department (order categories already setup), product, quantity, cost price and total price. We want to be able to export a full report that includes all products ordered grouped together by item that tells us who’s ordered and how many. - Change order status to be set to pending when new order is made - with an email notification to user and admin regarding order being placed. - Email notification to be sent once order status changed to "Processing" to 3rd party email address - Orders changed to "On-Hold" sends email to user stating the change (email to be customisable) - Completed orders send email to user stating completed. So in easy terms – steps are 1. Pending – means user has placed an order. Emails to go to user and to admin. 2. Processing – email to go to 3rd party. 3. On-Hold – email to go to user. 4. Completed – email to go to user. - Product customisation - some products to include a drop down selection - this information will need to be stored with the products for sending out via emails and be seen in the order details in wordpress backend. This needs to be completed within a few days.
