Let people create an account/Sign up or Sign in with Facebook 2. Upload the photo or multiple photos they want to get retouched 3. Select the Service or services they want to be done on the photo, and type any specific instruction they want 4. Select the Delivery Option (1 day, 5 days and 14 days). Prices will be different for each option 5. Checkout - Make payment 6. We will get notification of a new order via email 7. We will download the image or images from back-end with instructions 8. We will work on those images in our office and upload the retouched images back into his account 9. Client gets the email saying, their images are retouched and ready for download 10. The client logs in to download the images or gets the images in the email 11. If client wants further changes, can simply type further instructions which will like a thread between us and the customer 12. Client should be able to share the retouched photos on FB or Twitter or wherever via email 13. At checkout should be able to add coupon code 14. Can add photos from any site or from their FB account. Backend (Admin) 1. We should be able to see all the orders coming in 2. All customers accounts should be seen (Admin rights, to delete ,modify client accounts) 3. Download the orders/images 4. Upload the orders/images 5. Update Order status (Order Received, Order Processing, Order Completed) 6. Should be able to change prices, add/delete services, change delivery days Few Features Marketing 1. Loyalty Points 2. Referral Points 3. Discount Coupons 4. Any other idea which will help it spread fast? Client should be able to see his order history and print invoice anytime, change his account info Uploading should be easy and can upload multiple photos - should show the progress of uploading. We need high res files and not reduced size files. Multi Currency 1.
