Hello Sir, I read the project and I can suggest the worpdress for this. we can use woo commerce or / wp commerce plugin as the selling platform. Those are free and less heavy and full with features. Then we need to create a module for the features which you asked. which is capable for uploading images and wait till admin approval and once approved it will be list to sales. and we can create a front admin panel for user where they can logged and check item status. Hello Sir, I have got some of idea of your web-app. Joomla is the content management system. You can provide what your prescribed functionality there but when pointer come to your earning there joomla get some -ve points. I suggest you to create a website in one of php framework.. This will make your site strong as well secured. I know the cakephp, codeigniter and zend framework. If you willing to create the site in this framework. I have here buddy.. Thanks!!!
