iOS 4 - 6 iPhone VOIP Application

We are interested in working with a developer that has experience submitting applications to the appstore that get approved. The application will require knowledge of VOIP implementation on the iOS platform, and experience with in app purchases along with familiarity in multitasking/background applications. Below are details about the project and what sort of developer experience we would like: ----- Project Requires ---------- - AddressBook/Contacts editing & management on ios 4 - 6. Including adding, deleting, exporting, searching and syncing contact information with webserver/database. - In App Purchases including Subscription based services. Thorough understanding of the In-App Purchase Programming Guide and caveates regarding user identification UUID UDID solutions that are compatible with ios 4 - 6. - Background/Multitasking iOS applications. - APN Apple Push Notification - RESTful web services utilizing JSON for data delivery and receipt. Must know how to decode and encode fairly large sets of data in an optimized fashion. - Database design as it pertains to user management and iOS in app purchase tracking. ---- Wish List -------- - Familiarity with PHP/MYSQL a plus - Developers that have applications that have successfully been submitted and approved in the app store. - Previous relevant project completions that are related to the above listed items and available for review. We have a great deal of projects that we would like to move forward with and are looking for a motivated developer that knows all the ins and outs of iOS development and app submittal.
