Redesign Sports / Blogs Themed Website

I am looking for an overall redesign of my existing website at: http://sportsblogs.org. You would only need to redesign the homepage, entries and team pages. The rest are all based off of those three templates. Main Areas to be redesigned: 1.) Navigation ??" I would love to move from the existing vertical navigation to a more horizontal navigation. However, I realize that I have a lot of menu options on the left hand side. This is something that should be addressed, how to change the navigation to be more user friendly in a horizontal format. 2.) Logo ??" I need to have a new logo designed that incorporates the following image: [login to view URL] This logo can be any size, not just limited to the size in the URL. 3.) Color ??" I would like to use a scheme that would match that of the logo found in number 2. Must Haves: 1.) 160 width column on the right hand side to hold the existing advertisements. 2.) The “sponsored link?? towards the top of the page must also remain in that location, that is, centered, near the very top of the page. Please submit a mockup of the homepage with your bid, as we will be using these mockups in our selection process. Designs must be cross browser compatible and optimized for fast page loading. You will only need to supply the HTML / CSS files for this design as I will be integrating them into the existing PHP code base. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All files must be delivered in plaintext HTML / CSS files. No WYSIWYG generated files please.
