Wordpress Install into a Static Site

[login to view URL] is a credit card portal that runs on PHP and mySQL. I would like to install two WordPress blogs and one BBPress bulletin board into this existing site. The blogs and board will use the same static HTML template, which does not interact with the existing site at all. The DB used for the wordpress and BBpress installations can be the same mySQL DB, but the tables need to be separate from the rest of the site. Requirements: 1. Need HTML template modified from existing [login to view URL] HTML. The fonts and word colors must match layout of existing site. The HTML must be compatible with IE, Firefox and Compuserve. 2. Need SEO-friendly URLs and Titles, e.g. title: “Blog Post Title Words at [login to view URL]? and URL: [login to view URL] (or .php or whatever). 3. DB tables for WordPress must be separate from that of the rest of the site. 4. Comments must have an anti-bot image check. As a result of these simplifications and changes, I've increased the max bid price to $350 and extended the delivery time to two weeks.
