Medical appointment-booking for companies

I need a medical appointment booking system. The best might be joomla based, as we plan to ? convert all sites ? to joomla, but PHP/MYSQL could be an option.
Our clinic needs the ability to give companies an useraccount and a specified amount of appointments in dates we choose from an administration page.

What we need is login pages where one user for each company can login. From here they should be able to book appointments in dates given by us for their employees just by typing in their full names on each appointment in the scheduler. Each appointments lasts 15 minutes, but we would like to have the possibilty to force some companies to have 30 minutes appointments.
It's not necessary at this moment that users/employees from the companies are registered, but it would be great to have that option for future developing!
From our administration panel we want to be able to decide which dates and times for the company to book appointments.?
The scheduler will be from 08:00 to 21:00 (which means 8am to 9pm, but I would like it to be displayed like this.) When a company look at their scheduler, all the available appointments should be marked by having a lighter bg color etc. As said before, the dates and times of the available appointments must be given by us from our administration panel.
We would also like to be able to upload files on the page for each company. These files will mostly be pdf-documents with different statistic results for the company.
It's important that the pages have some good styles, and I would like the layout to be based on these:

The pages are in Norwegian, but don't worry :)
It is also important the company profiles are secured against others view, which means hacking, errors that would make other companies see others profiles etc.
Please tell me if this gave you a more complete understanding of what I request for this project, and if you believe you can help me with this.
If we concider a deal, I would like to see some kind of prospect, an image of each page etc.
