LiveQT

Skellyd (the employer) requested arbitration because they alleged that they release funds from escrow for which they did not receive a deliverable onsite. LiveQT - Web Development (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and LiveQT - Web Development did not do this. Since they failed to respond and upload the deliverables for which they received payment, their account was closed. All remaining funds in escrow were returned to Skellyd (the employer).
