Theme customisation responsive

We have a Magento store with the Ultimo theme template from [login to view URL] The template is easy to customize, also available is a many page document for assistance. What’s will be required: - Modify the template to meet our PSDs - Keep the theme responsive (there are PSDs) - Create a new package design while maintaining Ultimo theme as default theme   - Comply with Magento best practice and make a good code-oriented performance   - Do not modify the Magento core code   - Check and test all the work done   - Work by steps in a our shared staging environment to allow us to view the state of progress - the code will release into our GIT repository What we provide: - Ultimo Magento template - PSD with final graphic design - the necessary technical information - support needed to quickly respond to any questions We are looking for a skilled developer or team with the following skill set, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in each field, we will require references for some of your existing customer with live sites where you have developed ecommerce sites utilising the following skills. Good spoken and written English (No Exceptions at all) Italian spoken and / or written are welcome Magento CE 1.9 PHP CSS HTML JAVASCRIPT The project must be completed by 20 January. Good work
