Website Landing Pages with registration & Contact form

The job is to develop a landing page for a network site. The landing page will include secure forms for capturing user registration and will implement an API to send user/ registration data to another server. See [login to view URL] for details. It will also implement a secure contact form, social media links and Skype on the website. The landing page will be linked to three other content pages which you will create. The landing pages will be responsive , modern and easy to use / maintain. I will give pointers to other websites I will want it to resemble but it must be unique.. I prefer websites created with twitter bootstrap. Please list some of your best work so I know what you can deliver.
