259159 Social Networking Software

Hi there, I am looking to get a Social Networking script done. It needs to be a blend of 2 scripts which I like. One is SocialEngine and the other is the AbleSpace Community script. Keys are that the script looks visually appealing as well as easy to use. Basic features should include Memberships, Photos, Videos, IM, Blogs, Classified, Events, Groups, Chat, Mail, etc. The script should also make good use of AJAX and an easy to customize templates system where it shouldn't be complicated to change designs.
