502221 OScommerce Creloaded Magento Store 3

For one of our clients we need to redo their existing online store built on oscommerce/creloaded and hosted on Linux server. This shop sells wires and other auto/car related products and accessories. Therefore, the design needs to be colorful and busy. Following please find a random site online that sells similar products, [login to view URL] I need a killer layout (complete shop) with flash banner and some other moving objects. It should be very slick and appealing to car lovers. Site requires some contributions including, 1)Easy Populate 2)Quantity Price Break 3)No Pop up (this one is for the image. It removes the "click to enlarge" feature of oscommerce and places a large photo instead) 4)Header Tag Controller (This will automatically generate the meta tags) 5)Featured Product or something similar to it (This is for the home page layout so we could change the displayed products in the first page) Prefered shop structure is Magento but you could use CreLoaded Pro or B2B (using creloaded makes it a lot easier since most of the contributions are already built in) or you could use Oscommerce straight out and install the contributions. Is is okay to use an existing template that has suitable design and right functions. I also love to see some original design if any.
