Expert Flash AS Games Coder / Expert Games Graphic Artist

I am producing Flash games of different kinds. Most of them are of the same style found on most popular games sites like Mini Clips, Armor Games, etc. The coder I am looking for must have expert level experience coding in AS 3.0, you must have prior games experience, and I will need to see examples of your best work. The coder will also need to have experience with other forms of coding that are used commonly in conjunction with Flash games, i.e. xml, sql, mysql, php. etc., also Linux exp would be a plus. I am also looking for a graphic artist who has expert level experience in producing graphics and animations for games in multiple formats. Also, experience in Swift, 3DS Max, Maya, or the like is a big plus. I will need to see examples of your best work. Again, I need to see examples of your best work, for both the coder and the artist position. Please read the following 3 terms very carefully: 1. You must be ready to start work right now, as this work needs to be completed as soon as possible. 2. NO THIRD PARTY PROJECT MANAGERS, I will only work with the actual persons doing the work. 3.
